Joe Clemente - Hitting

Joe Clemente started his baseball career at Mississippi State University, and then continued on to the University of Maryland to play baseball. After graduating from college, Joe was then drafted by the Detroit Tigers and played in their minor league farm system for multiple years.  After his professional career ended, he went on to be hired and manage the winning team in the Italian World Series.

From there he returned to New York and decided to help others achieve their dreams in baseball as well.  He wanted to use his knowledge and abilities to help players improve their talents, so he founded Clemente's Baseball and Softball Academy.

Joe, now 36, lives with his wife Franny and they are the proud parents of three children, Joey, Tony and Donna.

Joe works as the head batting instructor at Clemente's, where he holds individual half hour or hour long lessons.  Joe also organizes hitting clinics in the winter and spring.  Forms can be found by contacting Clemente's through the Contact Us tab.
